CHIROPRACTIC
Doctors of Chiropractic spend four years studying their art after completing a four-year undergraduate degree. The focus is put on spinal health leading to the overall health of the body. Chiropractors implement a small thrust or adjustment to joints in their normal range of motion to restore proper motion and function. By adjusting the spine and other joints, movement and adequate communication with the nervous system are restored. This allows the body to heal as nature intended. Our chiropractors utilize various techniques and tailored to each individual based on comfort and effectiveness. An emphasis is put on implementing evidence-based chiropractic techniques and treatments.
Kinesiotaping (ROCKTAPE/KT TAPE)
Kinesiotaping gained popularity in the Summer 2012 Olympic Games when Kerri Walsh Jennings wore it on her shoulder to win the gold in beach volleyball. Since then, many product lines, like RockTape and KT Tape, have advanced the product and how it is applied. When applied properly, it increases lymphatic drainage and improves the body's proprioception to return to full function faster. Kinesiotape is flexible and latex-free and is applied to soft tissues to promote stability by selectively inhibiting or facilitating muscle firing.
While traditional white athletic tape promotes the joint's strength by inhibiting its movement, kinesiotape was designed with movement in mind by distributing forces to nearby areas. It can also be applied to the skin to promote microscopic lifting of the fascia, allowing by-products of inflammation to be removed quickly. Kinesiotaping works well in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments and other soft tissue work.

LOW-LEVEL LASER THERAPY
(COLD LASER)
Laser therapy is a safe and effective form of therapy combined with chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and other therapies. It implements a multi radiance medical laser to accelerate pain relief and healing. It is a non-invasive way to increase joint flexibility and control inflammation to promote healing. Lasers deliver light energy to damaged cells to increase ATP synthesis at a micro level to heal cells faster.
